The Atom is Ben Aipa's creative fingerprint, a shape that came out of watching the ocean and then drawing something nobody had drawn before. His signature runs across the chest, and the Atom sits across the back.

• Twill-taped neck and shoulders
• Double-needle collar and bottom hems

Fit: runs generous. Take your usual size for the oversized look it is built for, or size down for a standard fit.

• Soft-washed and garment-dyed, so it is broken in before it reaches you
• Garment dyeing leaves slight shade variation piece to piece.

Care: wash cold with like colours, inside out, tumble dry low. Garment-dyed cotton may shrink slightly in length on the first wash and can release a little dye over the first few.
